Lauren's Kitchen, in the NE corner of Edwards Riverwalk, offers 2-serving, scratch- made, Southern comfort style food ready to mix and match. Entrées, sides, salads, soups and appetizers comprise a daily-changing menu. "We try to have something for everyone - vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, etc." says Chef, Owner Lauren McElroy.
