Looking for the experiential? Located at the Solaris Vail, Chasing Rabbits is a bold new venture in entertainment right in the heart of Vail. Multiple venues come together to create a kaleidoscope of experiences where you can eat, drink, socialize and play.

There are four distinctive spaces inside Chasing Rabbits—
a restaurant, a library lounge, an arcade and a speakeasy.
It's a place where you can indulge in an intimate Mediterranean meal, savor craft cocktails, and immerse yourself in Vail’s most unique nightlife scene.

The Restaurant

The entrance to this sleek modern restaurant, can be found on the ground level of Solaris—behind the wintertime ice rink that becomes a play space during the summer months. The fare is modern Mediterranean cuisine with Colorado flair. Start with Spicy Red Snapper Ceviche or Charred Eggplant Dip with hemp seed tahini. They offer a Braised Rabbit Bolognese, or you might want to try something from delectable selections meant to be shared, like the Grilled Whole Branzino or the Bone-in Ribeye.

The Library
Perhaps you’d like to enjoy an aperitif or retire to the library to savor a late-night specialty cocktail after dinner. The Library, as its name suggests, is a quiet place to unwind amidst towering walls of books. You can access the full Chasing Rabbits menu from this secluded environment.

Rabbit Hole
Just like Alice, you are invited down The Rabbit Hole—a unique nightlife scene with eclectic  entertainment offerings, fun games and of course libations! You can dance the night away with weekly DJ sets. Check the schedule for comedy shows, jazz nights and everything in between. This reimagined arcade environment allows you to test your skills at Twister, Skee-Ball and Pac-Man while indulging the palate with elevated snacks. 

The calendar is packed with the occasional movie screening, music and events. There’s never a dull moment when you get lost down the rabbit hole!

Moon Rabbit

Moon Rabbit is an exclusive speakeasy experience. With an ever-changing password, you’ll need to be in the know to get in the door. Arrive through a modern red-carpet corridor into a speakeasy where east meets west. Inspired by the Chinese tale of the moon rabbit creating the elixir of life, we invite you to indulge in cocktails influenced by ancient mythology and modern mixology alongside live music and entertainment.
